June is Cerebral Cavernous Malformation (CCM) Awareness Month — a cause that is deeply personal to our family. Our beautiful daughter, Allee, was diagnosed with CCM, a rare condition that causes abnormal blood vessels in the brain and spinal cord that can lead to seizures, strokes, and other serious complications.
This month, we are walking in “Steps for a Cure” not only for Allee, but for every family fighting this battle. We want to raise awareness, support research, and bring hope for better treatments and ultimately a cure.
