As many of you know, Elan and Edgar are both diagnosed with cavernous malformation. Cavernous Malformations are malformed blood vessels in the brain or spine that can bleed causing neurolgoical deficits. Currently, brain surgery is the only treatment option for Elan.
For the last 7 years, we've been committed to Alliance to Cure Cavernous Malformation. They are the only organization dedicated to supporting patients and their families dealing with this devastating disease. There is finally hope on the horizon, with several new treatment options being developed and studied. We kindly ask that you make a donation in Elan's honor to continue the research progress that's being made. Help us create a future without worry or fear of another bleed.
