Join us in Toronto!
This year our patient conference is ONE DAY ONLY, with optional activities happening Saturday.

Agenda coming soon, and will include a Keynote by Dr. Brent Derry, many expert presentations, and lunch with the scientists, as well as time to mingle with other patients.
Optional Saturday Social Activities:
Lunch on Toronto Island
Depart hotel at 10 am, we will take the ferry to the island with a planned arrival for 11:00 am
Picnic lunch on the island
Cost is $15 (US funds)/person
